Levine Property was created by Kari and Tom Levine in 2026 to provide exceptional rental experiences in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Together, Tom and Kari bring decades of combined experience. Tom is a retired residential architect/builder and Kari is a retired California lawyer, now mediator. They have meticulously curated a portfolio of residential rental properties which include both single family homes and multi-unit flats. They strive to develop relationships with their tenants built on professionalism, trust, and mutual respect.
